About this place

Our beautiful apartment is ideally located by the sea in Carro. On the corniche along Carro beach, our apartment "Entre mer et soleil" is new and modern, spanning 71 m². It includes a private parking space, a communal secure bike storage area and covered communal motorcycle parking. It is situated on the ground floor (no sea view). Air conditioning is available in the living area. Wi-Fi is provided. Its large living room of over 40 m² facing due South, extended by a beautiful 14 m² terrace overlooking the garden and also facing due South, provide comfortable relaxation space. The terrace features a dining table with chairs and two deckchairs to enjoy the outdoor space fully. The lounge area has a sofa and poufs. The open-plan kitchen and dining area with table and chairs allow for meals to be taken. For sleeping arrangements, on the North side, our accommodation offers: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 cm wide, - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm wide, and 1 sofa bed 70 cm wide (convertible pouf). A cot can be added (not provided) in this bedroom. - 1 bathroom with bathtub, - separate WC, - 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer. The apartment and all its equipment are new (2020). Please note: the accommodation has no television. There is no cot provided, but you may bring your own; there is space in the children's bedroom to set it up. Pets are not accepted. The accommodation is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted. The accommodation has been classified as 3-star furnished tourism accommodation since December 2022 by the Martigues tourist office.
