Cancellation conditions

Each host and organizer freely sets their own cancellation policy. The exact conditions are always clearly shown on the listing before you confirm your booking. Read them carefully before booking.

How do I cancel?

Open your personal space, "My bookings" section. Click the booking and then "Cancel". The refund is processed automatically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You're a host or organizer

Set your own conditions

From your dashboard you freely set your cancellation policy. You're fully responsible for the conditions you offer your travelers.

Cancellation from your side

If you cancel, the traveler is fully refunded. Repeated cancellations can lead to suspension of your Hozy account.
