About this place

Our gîte can accommodate 12 people. Located 10 km from the A10 motorway (exit 16: Mer), very close to the Loire for cycling and châteaux cycling routes. Tourist activities such as the Loire châteaux (Chambord 20 minutes away) or Beauval Zoo are easily accessible. The gîte consists of two houses for 6 people each which connect to one another. 2 minutes by car from a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and PMU. WiFi is available to you 24/7, at no extra charge. House 1: Ground floor: Living/dining room side: Living/dining room with a sofa, TV unit and flat-screen television, dining table with 6 chairs Kitchen side: The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher; vinegar, oil, salt and pepper are provided. Bathroom side: Shower/sink/toilet Hair dryer and hair straightener available Upstairs: Bedroom side: Bedroom 1: bedroom equipped with two 90x200 beds. A wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes. Coat hangers provided. Bedroom 2: bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: bedroom equipped with a 140x200 double bed and a wardrobe. Upstairs there is a separate toilet and an office area on the landing. Note: slightly steep staircase with a handrail. A door in the hallway connects to the 2nd house upstairs. House 2: Ground floor: Living/dining room side: Living/dining room with a sofa, TV unit and flat-screen television with Chromecast, dining table with 12 chairs. Kitchen side: The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher; vinegar, oil, salt and pepper are provided. Bathroom side: Shower/sink/toilet Hair dryer available Bedroom 4: bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and a dressing room. Upstairs: Bedroom side: Bedroom 5: bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and storage. (door in the bedroom connecting to the 2nd house) Bedroom 6: bedroom equipped with two 90x200 beds. Upstairs there is a separate toilet and an office area on the landing. Other information: All beds will be made upon your arrival. One bath towel per person is provided. Possibility of providing a travel cot upon request (sheets provided). Fan available in case of high heat. Board games available Some consumables are provided to facilitate your arrival; you will need to bring the rest for the duration of your stay. Outside: A quiet enclosed courtyard will allow you to eat outside in peace, both houses have direct access to the courtyard. House 1 has an additional small covered outdoor area. Barbecue available. Two or three free parking spaces are dedicated to travellers next to the accommodation; other vehicles can use public parking 2 minutes' walk away at the end of the street.
