We welcome you to our home in part of our former farmhouse, which we have carefully renovated for your greatest comfort. You will stay in the heart of Périgord, in the very vibrant Vallée de l'Isle. The setting is peaceful and bucolic, perfect for those who love calm and nature. Your presence should help preserve this setting out of respect for the neighbours and the owners on site. You will have access to a covered private terrace, garden furniture, a stone BBQ and a swimming pool area (above-ground 3.15/6.10), all set on 3000 m² of land with shaded and flowered areas, very well maintained. You will stay in a cottage with a capacity of 6 people featuring 1 master suite on the ground floor with its own separate toilet and bathroom. An upstairs sleeping area with a mezzanine 1 double bed, and another small bedroom with twin beds. The upper floor has its own shower room with toilet. For large families or those who enjoy sharing good times whilst maintaining their privacy, we offer a renovated T2, independent but adjacent to the cottage, with a large master suite including a work area and shower room with toilet. A small lounge and kitchenette will allow you cosy moments in complete independence. The spaces are unique, pleasant to live in and very functional. The building is old and keeps cool well on the ground floor during heat waves. We provide a fan for all bedrooms upstairs during heat wave periods. With the owners on site, the place is more suited to a joyful atmosphere, or to disconnecting and seeking calm, a return to essentials and nature. Conversely, other more isolated locations would be better suited to those looking for a very festive and musical atmosphere throughout the day and night.
