About this place

Right in the centre of the village in a small co-ownership property, all amenities: bakeries, bar, restaurants, open-air dance venue, canoeing, tree-climbing park all within walking distance. Free parking on the street or at the town centre roundabout (not in the co-ownership). Amenities are shared (no private bathroom, no private entrance). 1 bed 160 and 1 convertible sofa bed 140 in the same room. Small dog on site. Night shift workers are not accepted. Coffee, tea available. No towel surcharge. 100 m from the Way of St James, the vélo-dyssée and GR trails. I offer room rentals so you can rest with a local, keeping it simple and casual. I am not always on site, so you may share the accommodation with other travellers as in a pilgrim hostel. For pilgrims and workers, kitchen access is available. If you require two separate beds for two travellers, there will be an additional charge. Night shift workers are not accepted (not suitable for the accommodation). No fuss, no systematic welcome. Know how to live in community, share and exchange at the meeting. The accommodation is located in Mios, right in the centre of the village, not Biganos. Please note, some GPS devices take you to the municipality of Biganos which is 5 km away. I am located 3 houses away from the restaurant 'Jambons 10 vins'. In a renovated old house from 1890, with its lived-in character and imperfections, 74 m² flat, south-facing terrace of 40 m². The room rental is in a private residence, so we share amenities (no private bathroom or private access; the room is upstairs, see photos). Free parking on the street and at the town centre roundabout. On site, sheets are provided; bath towel and shampoo are extra. Senseo coffee machine or basic coffee maker, toaster, kettle. For people needing accommodation for professional reasons (internship, employment, ...) with preferential rates. Per month: * €600/month off-season * €700 July and August An additional charge per night will be requested for each extra person. Payment is due on arrival and then at the beginning of each month. Failing to pay will result in a search for alternative accommodation. A rental receipt can be provided to help with accommodation applications.
