About this place

Clara, Vincent, their 2 children (Amandine, 10 years old and Aurélien, 8 years old) and their 4 cats have embarked on this wonderful human adventure with the aim of sharing their environment. Established since July 2021, we are endeavouring to renovate with taste whilst preserving the charm of this residence. You will be staying in an outbuilding of a Manor House. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a games room with table football, billiards, air hockey and table tennis, and a relaxation area with sofa has also been set up. On the first floor, a family bedroom comprises a parents' side and a children's side. On the parents' side, you will find a king-size bed with television and a desk area with wifi. A 90x200 bed can accommodate one additional person. At your disposal, a mini fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. On the children's side, a 140 bed can accommodate 2 people and a games area with armchairs and low table has been created. A bathroom with double sink, shower and WC completes this bedroom. You will be able to enjoy a shared terrace and large garden with garden furniture, climbing frame and trampoline for the children. Our accommodation is located in Saint Lubin des Joncherets on the border of Nonancourt on the banks of the Avre. All local shops are within 500 metres (Leclerc Hypermarket, pharmacy, medical office, dentist, bar-tobacconist, bakery-pastry shop, butcher, restaurants, banks, optician, hairdressers, petrol station, post office). All of this within less than an hour from Paris.
