Welcome to L'Oustaloise, a charming guesthouse nestled in the heart of the Faugères vineyards in Hérault. Four cosy bedrooms, named Brassens, Jaurès, Molière and Riquet in tribute to figures from Occitania, welcome you for an authentic stay amongst vines and scrubland. Each evening, enjoy our table d'hôtes: Alex, a chef with over 25 years of catering experience, creates a seasonal menu using vegetables from the garden, accompanied by the finest AOC Faugères wines. A convivial and delightful moment shared around the table. In the early morning, infusions from the garden (chamomile, verbena, linden) and homemade jams accompany your fresh pastries and local honey. The Mediterranean garden and swimming pool offer a peaceful retreat, whilst the Mates Basses trail, accessible on foot, invites you to wander amongst the dry-stone shelters. L'Oustaloise is labelled Accueil Vélo and Vignobles & Découvertes, with secure parking for cyclists and motorcyclists. An ideal stop for lovers of wine tourism, cycle touring and authentic Languedoc.
