Our house in the Gard (Montfrin) will be perfect for family or friends holidays The master house is semi-detached, in the village centre, over 100 years old and measures 170m2 over 2 levels Near Pont du Gard, Avignon, Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux and Arles, 1 hour from the Camargue It has a small enclosed garden of 300m2 A 5x5.5m salt-water swimming pool set into the ground with travertine edge (April to mid-September) The house is at ground level with the garden where there is a seating area and a large table under the plane mulberry tree and another sitting corner in wrought iron under the other plane mulberry tree On the ground floor a large lounge of 50m2 and an open kitchen with dining room of 30m2, a WC and a storage room On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms including one with private shower room, a bathroom and shower, another shower room with WC and a separate WC 4 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds 90x200 which can also make a 180x200 bed, 2 bedrooms with 160x200 bed, 1 with either 2 beds 90x190 or a 140x190 bed Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, lounge and dining room, everything is new, high-speed fibre internet, large format plasma TV The flowered garden has a section with stones The house décor is a mix of old and modern (cement tiles and modern parquet) The house is in the village centre and you can do your shopping for bread and supplies on foot, go to restaurants, tobacconist, café There is an Intermarché 5 minutes by car Our four-legged friends are welcome free of charge (2 maximum, medium-sized) Bedsheets and towels provided, beds made Minimum 6-day rental Long-term rental possible
