Welcome to the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France! 👍 Welcome to Beynac in our pleasant 14th century character house. The panoramic view from its garden over the river will captivate you. 🎈 Do not hesitate any longer! Book quickly! 👍 You will certainly appreciate: * Its location * Its authenticity * Its 18th century four-poster bed. * Its serenity 😇 The house is not suitable for very elderly people (stairs). Our house, with an area of 100m², is one of the only houses in Beynac that has retained its slate roof (old tradition of stone laying). The Stone House is a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. Tradition, in the ochre stone walls, exposed wooden beams, the 2 old decorative fireplaces, but also through the stunning and spectacular 18th century four-poster bed. Modernity, through a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, extractor hood, grill oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), a bathroom with shower cabin as well as .... flat-screen TV, lounge area with 2-seater sofa and a large armchair. The living area has direct access to the terrace (30 m²) which is extended by a garden of 300 m². This garden can be occasionally shared with the owner who is responsible for its maintenance. We strongly recommend enjoying your meals in the shade of the large plane tree and enjoying sumptuous sunsets. The view over the river is simply magical. You will never tire of it. It invites contemplation. Absolute serenity guaranteed.
