Studio with balcony and garden, countryside, close to everything

In a small village at the gateway to the beautiful Belgian Ardennes, the PHILO&FILLES gîte welcomes you alone, as a couple or as a family (max 4 persons + 1 baby). The gîte is a studio (equipped kitchen, lounge area, sleeping area) with air conditioning. Sunny balcony, small garden and private parking. Close to restaurants, shops and landscapes to unwind in nature. Plenty of activities for children and sports enthusiasts. The PHILO&FILLES studio is located in the charming village of Louveigné (Sprimont). Situated halfway between Liège and Spa, along the GR5 trail, with a landscape of woods and pastures and the Ardennes forest massif as a backdrop. The studio comprises an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, SENSEO, tea, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and dishwasher), a lounge area (WiFi, television, comfortable sofa bed), bedroom area, shower room and separate toilet. The bedroom area (160cm double bed) is separated from the lounge by a partition providing visual separation. The accommodation offers independent outdoor space with garden furniture and a balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Pets are not accepted. We do not provide breakfast, but there are 3 bakeries in the village (possibility to eat locally) as well as take away, greengrocer, artisan ice cream maker, restaurants, shops.... We provide a garden hose for washing bicycles. Bicycles can be stored safely in the locked garage. Baby kit on request: chair, bed, bath, bath and bed linen (see photo). PHILO&FILLES is located in a quiet area near the N62 road linking Liège to Spa, 7 minutes from the E25 motorway. You have private parking for one car (additional free parking on the street). Cyclists and motorcyclists welcome. It is possible to arrive by train and bus: Bus lines 100m away: line 64 to Liège (station), line 65 to Aywaille (station), line 727 to Verviers (station). Important information: The gîte is located on the floor above a garage and accessible via an external staircase. Check-in can be done independently with a secure key box.
