Valérie & Emmanuel welcome you to La Méridienne, a guesthouse with seasonal swimming pool, located in the Hautes-Provence Alps near Gap (25 minutes), close to Serre-Ponçon lake in the small hamlet of Le Blanchet in Venterol, a haven of peace and serenity with 300 days of sunshine per year. Our guestrooms offer you the opportunity to spend an excellent holiday or enjoy a most pleasant break in a peaceful setting at nearly 1000 metres altitude in a magnificent setting surrounded by mountains and greenery. A continental breakfast is included with pastries or home-made cakes, brioche and gingerbread. If you wish to dine (except Thursday evenings), we offer table d'hôtes with local produce, mostly from organic or sustainable farming sources that will delight your palate. All dishes are fresh and prepared by Valérie. We will also introduce you to local wines from the Hautes-Alpes. For hikers, we also offer packed lunches for midday for those who wish to picnic during an excursion, hike or outing by the lake.
