The Balnéo Suite is located at the rear of our house and is completely independent. It covers 57m² and can accommodate 2 adults. An independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a TV lounge area. A bedroom with a large King Size XL double bed (200x200cm), a spa bath for 2, a walk-in shower, a separate WC and access to a private terrace. View of the courtyard and gardens of the estate. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). The Balnéo Suite offers: - an independent entrance, - a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, etc...), - a spacious open bedroom with walk-in shower, - a spa bath, - a private terrace, - a separate WC, - unlimited wi-fi & TV access (Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video) ATTENTION: Let available by the week (7 nights) during July and August only! Options available on request: - breakfast (pastry, orange juice, coffee, tea) for 2 people = €20 - full charcuterie/cheese board with bread for 2 people = €25 - early check-in at 4pm = €15 - late check-out at 2pm = €15 - bottle of local sparkling wine = €15 - bottle of champagne = €49 - romantic decoration (rose petals, balloons, candles) = €35 Terrace with small lounge and garden. Gas plancha with gas provided (spring and summer only). The car park has a 22kWh charging point for electric vehicles, free of charge. Cleaning is your responsibility upon departure; the property must be left as clean as upon arrival. The property is NON-SMOKING! You may smoke on the terrace area adjacent to the property. Pets are not permitted. Tourist tax is included in your overall rate.
