Town meets countryside, detached house, this is my primary residence, near an enclosed field where you'll have the chance to see mongooses, iguanas, cows, birds, hummingbirds… A small residential beach 5 minutes on foot, a bakery and small supermarket 3 minutes by car In a garden maintained according to the season you will find mangoes, avocados, guavas, bananas, passion fruit that will delight you A saltwater swimming pool and rainwater spa will refresh you 2 bedrooms with double beds 2 bathrooms 3 WC Rainwater buffer cisterns 3 units for a total of 5000 litres and mains water 1 of 1100 litres – with these quantities no water supply issues! No parties, no evening gatherings No pets (due to allergies) Only registered guests are authorised to stay at the villa (my primary residence) Looking forward to welcoming you to your secondary residence in Guadeloupe!
